Molly brings more than 20 years of experience in operations, proposal management, systems improvement, and organizational effectiveness. Before joining WCEPS, she held leadership roles in sales operations and revenue systems, leading process improvement initiatives, business analysis projects, and cross-functional collaboration efforts that increased efficiency and supported organizational growth. She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Spanish, and Sociology from Rockhurst University. 

Earlier in her career, Molly taught English as a Second Language at the University of Illinois at Chicago, working with multilingual adult learners in academic settings. Her background in education, communication, and process improvement informs her work supporting WCEPS' mission and helping teams achieve their goals.
