We strive to meet and exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact the WCEPS Help Desk at 1-877-272-5593 or firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about a refund, credit or exchange.
We are ready and willing to refund your order, but Returns/Refunds are subject to the following terms:
- All returns/refunds must occur within 90 days of the original purchase date.
- We reserve the right to not accept a return and authorization for returns must be approved by WCEPS.
- Materials must be clean, unused, and undamaged, in sets or packages as originally purchased.
- Returns must be sent prepaid and insured in a durable envelope or box to avoid damage to the material. For your protection, please deliver via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Insured Mail. Return

Please note that the refund or credit issued will not include the original shipping charge. In addition, the customer will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping and will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. All costs of returning product will be explained and defined when the customer contacts the Help Desk to discuss a return. Customers will know the total cost of returning items before deciding whether or not to do so.
Please be sure to clarify any questions or concerns about the product prior to placing an order, and be sure to resolve any questions or concerns about the return process prior to submitting a return.
