Can I place my order online?

Yes, all orders should be placed online. See the Placing Your Order section below.

Can I call in my order or mail in my purchase order?

No, we require orders to be placed online.

Can I fax my order?

No, we do not have a fax machine. Please place your order online.

We need your vendor information. Do you have a W9?

Our W9 is available here.

What payment methods do you accept?

You may pay online by Purchase Order, PayPal, Credit Card or P-card. If you are an international school we also accept wire transfers but you must email us to request a pro forma invoice.

How do I get a status update on an order I placed?

Please email store@wceps.org and include your order number.

How do I get the correct member pricing?

Your pricing is determined by the answers you provide in the pop-up.

The price for my items is $0. Is this correct?

If the price is $0, the system thinks you are not a WIDA member and are not eligible to purchase the items.

If you are a WIDA Member and see $0, this is incorrect. There should be a price for each item. Click the link at the top and answer the questions provided.

If you are not a WIDA member and you see $0 this is correct. You are not eligible to purchase these items and thus it appears as $0.

My school requires a quote. Can you send me one?

Yes. Please email store@wceps.org with the items and quantities you need to order.

Our district is tax exempt. Will we be charged tax?

You will be asked your tax exempt status to determine if you will be charged tax. If you are tax exempt please email your tax exempt documentation to us.

Are you the sole source provider of WIDA Products?

We are the sole source provider of all items in the WIDA Store.

I am at an international school. Can I purchase materials?

Items in the Standards & Instruction category and Can Do category can be purchased by any international educator. International customers must be members of the WIDA International School Consortium to purchase WIDA MODEL and WIDA Paper Screener for Grades 1-12. Each member school has a unique code that must be entered into the WIDA International Code field to purchase assessments. If you do not know if your school is a member, please email us.

Can I return items?

Can my shipment be expedited?

If you need expedited shipping please email store@wceps.org with the date you need your order.

Placing Your Order

Select your payment method for instructions on placing your order.

  1. Answer the questions in the pop up window that appears upon entering the WIDA Store so the system applies the correct pricing
    1. Didn't get the pop up? Click the "Member Pricing" link on the top, right-hand corner.
    2. A code is only required if you are an international member
  2. Add products to your cart and proceed through checkout
    1. If your price shows as $0 for certain items it means you have answered the questions in the pop up indicating you are not a WIDA member
    2. If you are a member, click the "Member Pricing" link again and answer the questions correctly
  3. Enter your shipping address
    1. You will be asked for your District/School information in the shipping section. This allows us to match orders to districts
    2. If you district does not appear as an option, select "Other"
  4. Proceed to Billing section
  5. Select "Purchase Order" as your payment method
    1. If your PO is ready at the time of ordering, upload your Purchase Order
    2. If your PO is not ready at the time of ordering, submit your order
  6. Upon submission of your order you will receive a confirmation email with an order number
    1. If your PO was uploaded, we will process your order immediately and confirm receipt of your PO
    2. If your PO was not uploaded, we will process your order once you email us your PO. Please include your order number when you email the PO
  7. An invoice will be emailed to you after we have processed your order

  7. A receipt will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days

    2. Upon submission of your PayPal payment you will receive a confirmation email with an order number
  7. A receipt will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days
  1. All requests for a pro forma invoice or to pay with a wire transfer must go through WCEPS
  2. Email store@wceps.org to request a pro forma invoice. Include the items and quantities you need.
  3. Instructions to complete payment will be sent with your pro forma invoice
  4. Orders are not completed until payment is received
